All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

• Bonuses are credited to your cv77 account in BDT and cannot be transferred to another account.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• cv77 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account will remain subject to its original terms.
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or other manipulation — will have bonuses forfeited and may have their accounts closed.
• Free bets and free spins awarded as part of a promotion expire at the time stated in the promotion terms and cannot be extended.

• Live dealer games use physical cards, dice, or wheels operated by trained dealers on camera. Outcomes are determined by the physical result of each round.

cv77 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• A player's own request for account closure or self-exclusion.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant.

When an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. When an account is closed at the player's own request, any withdrawable balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after standard verification checks.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily should contact cv77 support. Closure requests are processed within 24 hours. If you are closing your account due to concerns about your gaming habits, cv77 recommends using the self-exclusion tool available in your account settings before requesting closure.
